  • We booked an appointment to take Fall photos during their mini photoshoot offering at McKee Ranch during the month of October. The process was organized as I paid our VIP session fee online on their website. We arrived 20 minutes earlier than our appointment time to look around the ranch and have time to get to the photo setup area. We stood around the photo area as other families were in the process of getting their photos taken. Lala/Lauren (one of what looked like 3 photographers handling the sessions) called for me by name and let me know they were running behind a bit. Our session was to be at 3:40pm and it ended up being closer to 3:50. We didn't mind waiting as we understand that families with younger children may need a little more time to warm up and smile for the camera. The backdrops they have were super adorable, and I know if my children were younger they could have used particular backdrops made for youngens. For children my age and for the 5 of us as a family, the backdrops were perfectly themed. Warm Fall colors, lots of wreaths, pumpkins and an old red truck are used as backdrops. Our session was short and sweet, and Lala made all of us feel comfortable right away. Photos were ready to view 2 days after our appointment, and the purchase and options to purchase online are super easy. The hardest part about the experience was trying to choose which photos I wanted! The session pricing, prints and digital images are all reasonable and affordable, especially for the quality. Family and friends loved our photos, and I definitely recommend using Lala Photography.
