  • A friend told me what a great realtor Laura was a few years ago. I am SO LUCKY we found her. She found a house that me and my wife could agree on (miracle) and patiently walked us through the first time buying process. Laura was able to help us buy the house for $20,000 below the asking price. We got an AWESOME DEAL. A few months ago we were ready to buy a bigger place and called Laura again. She worked really hard and found another place me and my wife could agree on (miracle #2). She then managed to sell our old house for a premium! We had an offer in the first 12 hours for more than we even thought possible. You might be thinking it's only because of the Vegas market, but I don't think so. Laura advised us on how to set the house up for pictures, had a great photographer come out, and made herself 100% available in order to close the deal ASAP. Long story short: Laura knows the Vegas real estate biz. Takes the time to know her clients. Most importantly, she will do whatever it takes to get the job done, the right way, the first time.
