Unbelievably bad customer service! They sold me a rotary cutter with a cracked blade and then refused to exchange it or otherwise fix the situation. Their excuse? Because I bought it on clearance (the package had tape on it--I didn't care about that!) there's "nothing" they can do.
Ok, so let me get this straight: you think it's ok to repackage and sell broken tools that cannot be used and then hide behind "policy" to cheat the customer? Even if I had been willing to accept this as fair (it clearly isn't, they stole my money and did not provide a functioning product), I couldn't have even fixed it myself since they have no replacement blades in stock! They cover the gamut from bad to worst!
This is supposed to be a "superstore" but their old Lakewood location had better selection and service, and you didn't have to wade through forty aisles of tacky WalMart dreck to get to the sewing supplies.
Thanks for stealing from me, Jo-Ann! Stores like yours are the reason people shop online!
