  • I just recently purchased my first home (this is HUGE you guys, I'm known to be a wanderer). I was living in Denver while going through this process and needed to find a good home inspector. I made at least a dozen inquiries via the yelp app and contacted them all for a quote. Matt from Desert State was the first to respond and he patiently answered all of my questions and then patiently waited while I compared pricing. He graciously offered to match pricing if I found something lower, which I didn't need to take advantage of because his pricing was right on point. Matt completed my inspection within a couple of days and called to follow up on his report since I was still in another state and not present for the inspection. I found him to be very thorough and, again, very patient with all of my questions. :) The inspection report was easy to read and easy to understand. This helped me make an informed decision about the house I was purchasing. Definitely recommend Desert State if you are looking for an amazing home inspection.
