  • LA stereo deserves the five stars and more...I called them up around 1pm today after a horrible encounter with Best Buy. I spoke to Ryan, he asked me for the make and model of my vehicle and was able to give me the price over the phone. Before we hung up, he asked if I could come in within the hour because they do get busy. No problem! When my mom and I arrived, Ryan took down our info, and gave us an ETA of when the stereo would be installed. We went to grab lunch, returned to the store about an hour later and were informed it would be a bit longer. We didn't mind. When our vehicle was done, Ryan walked us through what they did, and how to connect to the stereo via Bluetooth - which was that extra step that made our experience even more wonderful... cheesy, yes. But it's the little things when it comes to great customer service. Thanks again to Ryan and the crew at LA stereo! We'll definitely be back with our other cars
