| - I came to Benson and Bingham to settle an accident I had been in in December 2015. From the first time I went into their office, I knew they were the ones to fight my case for me. First impressions mean a lot, and the impression I got from their front office secretary was great. She was very kind and attentive. Their Downtown office was very clean and had cozy/home-y feeling to it. I met with Israel Whitbeck during my case evaluation, and I felt completely at ease that my case would be handled correctly. Israel is very nice and easy to talk to. He was patient and thorough in answering my questions to ensure that I had no doubts or lingering thoughts in my mind. He went through all the necessary steps/timeline of events to make sure I completely understood everything that would be happening before I left the consultation. A lot of the time, the case was a waiting game for me - waiting to hear about what was going on on the legal front of the case. Keep in mind, this accident occurred in December 2015 and it was just recently settled in the Summer of 2017. However, that was through no fault of Benson & Bingham. But rather, through conflicting schedules of all parties involved and just the general amount of time it takes for each step of the process (e.g. exploration, depositions, arbitration). In the entire year and a half, the Benson & Bingham team was diligent and patient in fighting my case. Throughout the duration of the case, Heather Payne, a paralegal at the office, updated me with the things going on behind the scenes. I loved how easy it was talking to her. In the midst of all the complicated legal terms, she was able to un-complicate things for me and say "Relax, you got this!" when it came to my deposition and arbitration. Israel also reassured my that I had nothing to worry about for as long as I was myself, I would win the case. And guess what? I did! Thank you so much to the Benson & Bingham team, and especially Israel and Heather, for all the hard work you put into my case. I definitely recommend them!
