  • This review is a long time coming. I've been a patient of Dana's practice for about 7 years. While she is great, her staff are some of the most rude people I've ever met. Multiple doctors have left the practice which I understand is normal but being bounced around sucks. If you want a caring, compassionate doctors office with low wait times and will treat you right, this is NOT the place. The exact opposite actually. Over the years I've tried to give them every opportunity to make things right but nothing changes. Every visit and phone call I've been treated with such disrespect and subhuman behavior. Today was the final straw. I had an appointment at 4:30 which is close to the closing time of 5. I was sick and in bed all day long, had to leave work because of pounding migraine, sweating and throwing up. I called the office at 4:30 to let them know I was running late but was on my way after pulling my strength together to get out of bed. Already the attitude started because I was told if I was not there within 15 minutes I would not be seen and charged $25. I said that's absurd. Walked in at 4:47 due to traffic and 116 temps and was refused to be seen, even though my appt was a follow up and would have taken 2 minutes. The girls at the front gave me attitude and said they had called me to remind me which I have no record of or voicemail. I said don't tell me you called because I never got a call and she had the audacity to tell me "don't tell me don't". Who talks like that to a patient who is sick? Last time ill ever step foot Into their office. Vegas its time for a new primary care physician and stay away from this practice. Trust the reviews. This is not a joke. Dana, I love you but your practice needs some serious work. You've grown so large in the valley that you've lost sight of true practice and that's caring for people from the time they walk in to the time they walk out. Now we are treated worse than cattle and the disrespect from your staff has now cost you another patient. Im sure you don't care as Im one person of many and you still service many people, But I will never make another appt. With this office again. Don't make an appt Vegas, if you're not there in 15 minutes you'll be charged for it and not seen and treated with disrespect and not worked with, and that's even if you get a phone call to remind you if you have an appt.
