  • Okay, couple of problems with this place. First, the woman talked nonstop to her coworkers while doing my nails. Not usually a problem but she also kept stopping to talk to her friends. And no, I don't mean for a second, I mean having a full conversation while I'm sitting there waiting. The second she was done with the top coat she walked off. I thought she'd return with a portable light but nope, she walked off to talk to a few more coworkers and customers. I finally walked up and asked her if I could get under a light to finish drying my nails. She gestured across the room without any further instructions. I balanced my phone on my leg so I could time myself, finished drying my nails and walked out, never to return again. Not sure what I did to get on this woman's bad side but she was a dick to me and I thought I was fine to her so I will not be back. If you come here I'd suggest you keep your expectations of customer service low.
