  • This is the best place to shop for knives. The owner Eytan works the counter and is very knowledgeable and helpful. I had taken a 'knife skills' class and learned a bit about knives so I wanted to get something nicer for the kitchen. We like to shop local. We were going to look at other stores, like Bed Bath and Beyond and didn't even get there. It was a joy to learn and shop there. I wouldn't shop anywhere else!
