  • I went to she shopko on the west side of Madison wi. I was told by a manager that the nonrecept return would be done. I sat for 45 minutes waiting for the product to be brought up. When it finally arrived in was told it couldn't be done. I. Went back three hours later and was told a totally different story. Again I was told that the return couldn't be done for another reason. Then I was told that if I didn't leave they would call 911. What a way to treat a customer. Never go there. You may get arrested.
