  • Moved in mid to late August. We were in a hurry to move in somewhere and the community looked nice with a special move in offer. I have had many problems within the apartment itself. I am most concerned about the safety in this community. There are police officers in the complex very often. Someone stole our moped and the security at the time made no effort whatsoever to assist in the matter after we called the company emergency line twice. I have contacted the http://www.amcllc.net and I let them know the community is unsafe and their response was that they are not responsible for the actions of others living there.(which is true but you would think they would try to change that by doing something or making me feel somewhat safe) I also spoke to security on site and they could not do anything. I asked when they are present at the apartments and its from evening until about 5 or 6 am sporadically. I would not recommend this apartment complex. I was also promised by office staff that it was a safe community and does not feel safe seeing police officers every time of the day and night searching with dogs or arresting people. Maintenance never comes out to fix anything and when they have (2 or 3 times) they couldnt fix anything at the moment and took a while to repair....I took out the ventalation fan in the restroom and was filled with dust....no wonder we have allergies...sink is peeling in the restroom/rust sink...counter top in kitchen is opening where they put silicone/cocking to seal....did I fail to mention thr laundry door inside the apartment fell on me when I opened it the first time...asked for it to be fixed and they came....then I went to open the door again and it fell on me again....they never fixed it just put it back in place....my boyfriend had to fix it...what are we paying for if we dont have security that is useful...maintenance that doesnt show up, main apartment company that doesnt care and office staff doesnt complete any requests from their renters. I failed to mention when they were repairing the asphalt in the parking lot they left no announcement or letter or call saying so. I left for a trip without knowing and coming back they towed my vehicle to another locating on the property without every letting me know. I had to report my vehicle lost because I had no idea where it was. I went to the office and thats when they told me. The office staff does not relay messages properly. P.S. I havent wrote everything else that has happened here....
