  • If it were possible for me to give them any lower of a rating I definitely would. I took my lap top to Lamar Elliot. Long story short, he "repaired" my laptop. 2 months later the same piece that he "repaired" broke again. Lamar initially told me he would take care of my computer free of cost. After ignoring my calls to check on my computer for a week, Lamar coincidentally answered my call when I called from a different number, just to inform me that he refused to fix my computer. The conversation began to get heated and the man who shamelessly calls himself the owner of ccrepairz hung up on me mid sentence. I proceeded to go in to his office building where lamar met me in the lobby and assured me that he would give me a refund, in front of his other customers, but then refused to give me my money back when I spoke to him privately in his office. He egotistically refused to admit his fault in my computer not being fixed correctly and basically wanted me to kiss up to him to get my money back. I'm not about that life. The conversation began to get heated again. After leaving his office I realized I had left a personal item in his office. He locked his office door and childishly refused to give me my possession. I don't recommend ccrepairz to anyone! Worst service I've ever had.
