  • I purchased a gorgeous Vermont Castings BBQ with 4 burners, rotisserie & a side pot burner about 7 years ago. After the exterior of my home was vandalized I was frankly nervous about using my BBQ. Today I called the lovely gentlemen at Barbecues Galore and over the course of about an hour on the phone then helped me get reacquainted with my grill. They are very knowledgeable, patient and thorough. After 7 years there was absolutely no hesitation & no need to look up my file as a customer; their only concern was to help. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!
