| - Came here on a Wednesday evening with my cousin for some dinner. I ordered #11 and she ordered the special. She's been here quite a few times and I haven't... so after hearing her rave about it I decided to give it a shot.
Wow, am I a fan! Their chicken kubideh is on point and their chicken kabob was super tender, juicy, and flavorful! I substituted the rice for fries (because honestly, I'm middle eastern and I'm tired of eating rice haha). The only thing I can say about the food is that I paid nearly $20 for the #11, a drink, and the garlic sauce. Granted you get bread, a small salad (which was just a bunch of greens on top of some onions), and a grilled tomato... I still felt like it was a bit much. I mean maybe its the setting that throws me off because if you were to go to cheesecake factory it would probably be the same cost if not more. Maybe because it is a smaller restaurant, I was expecting cheaper prices. Regardless, the flavor of the food along with its freshness had me happy so no worries there. And that garlic sauce!!! So good!!
The only reason why I wanted to take a star off (but decided not to) is because the girl that took our order REALLY looked like she hated her job. I don't know if it was a long day for her or what, but I felt like she really wanted to go home lol. Also, the food took a long time to come out even though we were only 2 of 4 total customers in the restaurant.
On a side note, the view of the airport and watching the aircraft landing/taking off was a definite plus (especially for me since I fly and am an aviation junkie).
I will definitely be back for more! Food was great, along with the views!
