  • This place is a joke...crazy I have to give them 1 star. They make you wait an hour to get a chance at your money back but with a fee. We called and only booked after we had confirmation that we would be well under an hour. They could care less about their customers and the fact that they have no problem making people wait for an hour pass the 1 hour time you have to wait to get a refund without a fee even when their employees said it's gonna be 1.5 hours still after we moved up the stairs. I already see they don't reply to Facebook posts or have any kind of follow up, and the supervisor basically blamed us for not talking to her to get the proper info before the bracelet was placed. Beware they run the Fear the walking dead attraction as well. Stay far far far away from these rude, and heartless folks that run it. I almost feel bad for the cashier that has to field all the pissed people coming back in as there was two other groups trying to get a refund at the same time, but she had such a poor attitude as well just wanting to tell us about the 2 times we agreed to the hour wait! Which we did by clicking yes but when you staff outside the ticket area that is actually running the line tells us 1.5 hours still after we waited 20 plus minutes it time to ease up on your two click policy and process that refund. No worries tho because chase will take care of this charge since your incompetent staff and or policy can not!
