  • The dentists and staff who work here are kind, efficient and professional. Cindy at the front desk is engaging and highly efficient with both your time and the insurance claims. Her dedication provides that extra bit of customer service that makes all the difference. It's largely to her credit that she listened closely enough to my dental concerns which led to scheduling my appointment for an evening when I could have a few minutes to speak to the oral surgeon. From him, I learned that I have been a long-time teeth clencher, which no other dentist informed me, and which can cause significant trauma to your teeth. Because of this, one week later, I now have a night guard for protection and have also slept better than I have in ages (teeth clenching/grinding also disrupts your REM cycle). Isabel is a personable and meticulous hygienist and she will teach you how to properly maintain your teeth and also, the why. She was also very helpful in relaying her experience using a night guard. I find that her words still ring in my ears along with her invaluable tips. Dr. Lee is humble and knowledgeable and has a stellar bedside manner. Instead of keeping you in the dark, she draws your attention to the x-rays and what they show and discusses what and why, if at all, she would want you to have a procedure. This action of giving the patient due credit is very respectful and makes it a totally different experience than usual dental offices. During a procedure, she is focused, calm and unlike other dental offices, will not rush you through. None of the staff do. I appreciate how much Dr. Lee cared for my comfort and relaxation, and even a scary process like a root canal, was a breeze. I'm thrilled to have this dental office in my neighbourhood. They have a high level of respect and thoughtfulness towards their patients.
