  • I had reservations for 5 rooms for one night due to an over-night layover at the Charlotte airport. My group of 9 people got stuck stuck in Port Au Prince, Haiti and were delayed and missed their connection in Miami to get to Charlotte. The second I learned they wouldn't make it to Charlotte for the night I called the hotel to cancel the reservation. I realize it puts the hotel in a tough spot but it was something we had no control of. I would have been happy if they had reduced the charge just a little bit but no, $115.00 x 5 = $575.00 straight to them for no services rendered. Will not use them again. I did, however find a hotel near the Charlotte airport that has great services, prices, and are more helpful - It's the Comfort Suites Airport. Their address and phone number are: 3425 Mulberry Church Rd, Charlotte, NC 28208 Phone:(704) 971-4400. They charged less by $15 a night and had nicer rooms.
