  • This place is a joke. Charged $20 to forward 3 letters using a priority mail envelope.  No itemized receipts to dispute charges Terrible customer service; I paid for them to provide me a service on my terms and timelines and I was given attitude when I was moving at my own pace. They claim to be a "community ally." What does that mean? Does a community ally screw over the community?
