  • If I could give a ZERO STAR review I would!!!! I have banked with Chase for over 5 years. Great customer service most of the time BUT last week I started the process of opening an new account which was almost complete. Today I went in and arrived about 1pm an attendant named TYLER come over and was extremely rude, condescending, and smug. There were 5 of us waiting for help. One lady got up and said I have never delt with someone so rude "I'm going to take my business elsewhere." I stayed because I understand people have off days. 1:55pm rolls around and TYLER comes over and was still very rude. I politely asked if we could try and finish up in the next 5 minutes and he said NO. Later he said "are you going to go home and take care of my family?!" He was by far the one of the rudest people I have come in contact with! HORRIBLE customer service and just a mean overall person. I'm considering closing all of my accounts because of this. Hope no one in the future has to deal with him!
