  • What a scam. Avoid this company. they will lie about what is wrong and overcharge you. In addition to screaming profanity throughout his visit, the tech who said he would "fill the freon", charged us $175, and then claimed he put freon in a unit that doesn't even work! I called to complain and they basically said "Too bad. The $175 is for handling. It doesn't matter how much you get." They also have a fake number on the billing line on the credit card statement so they are nearly impossible to track down.
