  • So, I came here once and had a polish change which was fine, but then brought my friend back with me the next time and had a horrible experience. She was getting married that Saturday (it was a Wed) and wanted a light pink gel polish on her nails. Sam, the tech gave her a little ring of options and she asked if he had anything lighter than the limited selection he gave her (mind you, the nail tech next to me had a whole stack of them). He said that was pretty much it, and just as we were about to leave, he got up and huffed off to grab some more color selections. Then roughly did her nails (she did get the color she wanted) but stabbed her in the cuticle and made her bleed in two spots. I had a color change from red to french tip on my toes, and told them I normally do my own but I didn't want stained toenails from the red (I didn't use a base coat). They took the polish off and didn't bother to sand down my nails from the old polish and even after asking them to fix it, I ended up with an orangy-stain. They did a crappy job and messed up three of the french tips (uneven, not a nice clean line, etc) so I ended up going home and redoing them. I will NOT be going back which is sad because the place is very clean and convenient to where I live, but I hate paying and tipping people that have lousy customer service.
