  • 1 star because the Cinnabon was good as usual BUT I ordered a drink that had advertised out front and at the counter to find the staff is not yet trained to make it, SO don't market it all over the store like it is! Or tell me before I pay and you give me another similar drink! The manager came out and apologized and said if I didn't like it he'd take care of us which is nice But again not the point! Don't advertise something you don't have or tell customers ahead of time. The crew is obviously not trained on their new products! I was trying to get a classic chillata that had a mini Cinnabon on top of it, which sounds pretty basic to me but whatever!
