  • DO. NOT. DO. NOT. DO NOT EVEN THINK OF USING THIS PLACE. Every review is absolutely correct, from not accepting credit cards to common customer courtesy. Never once did the desk agent greet us, give us any help, or even look up from the desk. It all starts with the van pick-up van at the Viscount Station of the airport. The van is not marked, the driver left us three times because he did not understand/answer our question "Is the van for Economy Car Rental?". After I phoned for a second time, the desk agent informed me the van had been to the airport and picked me up. Impossible because I was talking to him on the phone from the airport and not standing in front of him. After 1 hour of waiting the van arrives and brings us to the "Bates Motel", an off-property dimly lit shack (arrived at 10.00pm). Dirty and creepy we had to wait for our agent to even pull his head over the high counter to begin the process. Let's just say I would not recommend this place to anybody, except my worst enemy. PS. I think Desiree must have been in an alternate reality to give this place any rating over negative 100.
