  • First of all any company that considers themselves a professional and respectable business would have the proper business hours on their yelp accounts... I do not live close to the sprint store and it's one of the only ones in the area that does maintenance on phones. I came at 11 like the site says and apparently they do not open till 12 and I have somewhere to be at 12:30. That's bull crap that I just had to waste my own gas and money coming all the way over to the sprint store only to see that they are not open and will not be able to for fulfill my needs today because I have other things to do by the time they are finally open. Then I come in a couple days later and have to deal with an employee with the nastiest attitude ever! She wouldn't give me her name but she was the skinner asian chick nd should seriously not be allowed to work in costumer service. I waited around the store that wasn't even busy for about 30 minutes and not one person asked me if i needed help. The whole experience just completely wasted my time and that is so not cool. So unprofessional. DO NOT GO TO THIS SPRINT!!!!
