The problem starts when you walk in the door. No one greets you and there are five different desks instead of one main one. Everyone working there ignores you and their response is: "I don't know." I dropped off my government owned vehicle two weeks ago. I called after two weeks to see what was taking so long. The response to me was that they had no record of me dropping of the car. After a day of research they found the record of the car and said it was ready for pick up. I arrive for pick up and only one of the three issues was even looked at. The lady who checked me originally said that she didn't remember me mentioning the other two issues. They said it would take a couple more days. They then called me a couple of hours later and told me that they originally checked all three items but had mixed my car up with another car.
The problem is obvious. Too many soldiers running around without a general in charge. Why is this SOoo disorganized? There is a real problem. It's not a one time mistake.
