  • I have visited this location and feel the quality of service has gone down! I would compare this to DryBar a year or two ago but definitely not now! I purchased the classic and felt that my scalp was so hot that it may have burned! I was left with fluffy straight hair in 35 minutes, not the voluminous waves the picture shows. I felt a bit rushed but it was 4:30pm. In the past, the blowouts I had lasted a good 3-4 days and only needed partial refreshing. This time, I had to wash the next day as it was a super flat mess! This is when I realized my scalp was burned as it hurt to wash my hair!
