  • 1. Entrance? Yes it is confusing but only for those who need GPS everytime they jump in the car. I would suggest having arrows painted on the concrete to lead those who get lost in 20 feet. 2. Clean? Duh, it's brand spanking new!! Looks great inside, clean, massage chairs everywhere, place is huge - I'd recommend better seating arrangement, pix on the walls and more merchendise. 3. Customer Service? All of the staff were very nice. The guys at the entrance, extremely helpful as they knew what was up on the rain percentage, easily explained the services offered and promotions. (Pricing is a little higher than most and not justifed). Have a conversation with you staff regarding using profanity on the radios, I was alone in your store at 11:00am today and I heard the F-Bomb 6 times. Personally I dont give a F-Bomb but get someone in there with kids and youre gonna have yourself an issue. 4. Car Wash? Well, the machines operated at 110%. Car goes in dirty and came out cleaner than it went in. Lot attendent.... Ok here's where it gets tricky. You are a car wash, you have another car wash a stones throw from your facility. The lot attendent busted his butt trying to finish the car as fast as he could. Good thing? Yes and No. The Jeep looked like a blind man with an oily rag just went to town on it. I pulled the rag from the fellow and did most of the work myself. This is not his fault; you see you the owner have put pressure on him as he tells me he needs to be fast to get the car off the lot. Why? because of the yelpers who compained about the amount of time it took to get thier cars done. Yes this is a vaild issue however Mr. Owner; you have now set your staff up to fail. Now all he knows is to hurry it up. Now your clients still suffer because to be quicker he has now lost the ability to pay attention to detail. No one is looking for thier car to come out looking like it was just manufactured but not wiping down the interior, leaving dirt on the windows... I seriously could go on and on. You need to staff the lot accordingly. There was one guy out there doing his best and Ill tell you what, working at a car wash should not be a stressful job - motivate your staff properly and give them the tools they need to succeed so everyone wins. Do not scarifice QUAILTY for QUANTITY - Worst way to do business, I promise you. 5. Will I return? Yes, I am not asking you for anything - I dont want a free car wash or perks of any kind. I live in arcadia and I love the location of your place; I support Mr. Z's but you need to fine tune the service you provide. Thats the only reason I cant give you 5 stars. Good luck with the business, I look forward to trying you folks out again.
