  • First off, I love this company but... there is something about this location that just does not sit well with me. There has been countless times I've thrown food away and wasted my money because of how it was made. I have a very bad dairy allergy so when I ask for no cheese it's kind of a serious matter. Tonight I picked up my food and low and behold cheese everywhere on everything. I really hope the cooks are briefed to read the order and just not make a dish. I will always not return to this location. The way it's ran is just not the same from other locations in charlotte.
