| - 10 years ago the staff here was amazing. Now, I wouldn't go back if someone paid me to. I went in today and a girl named SUE, I believe, did my mani. Her 2 young daughters were in the salon as well. She didn't speak, or even try to be cordial, but I could care less because I wasn't there for that anyway. I was there for a service. I REALLY should have waited for Lannie. Anyway, she rushed through my mani, barely paid attention to my cuticles, and the end result was disgusting. After each coat, instead of allowing even a little time to dry, she rushed and put the other 3 coats on, flopping the polish on. I sat under the light for almost 20 mins. assuming that they would still dry, and it would be all good. Well, I just got home, and an hour later they are ruined, and still wet! I lightly touched one and it smudged. You could tell the polish underneath wasn't dry!
So I called to complain and she answered, claiming she was the manager. She made every excuse in the book, and never apologized. She tried "keyword-tried" to over talk me, and could care less that a customer was unhappy. She also said that nails can take 1-2 days to dry (what???). I am going to speak with Lannie , and as long as Sue is working there I will never return. I will also encourage everyone I know that goes there, not to. She was the most ghetto, rude, and non-caring nail tech (and I use that term loosely) I have ever seen. It's a shame, because they used to be a great salon. Now I am headed to V-Nails in Cheshire Place, where I know I will be satisfied.
Oh, and one more thing...she called me a bitch before I hung up. In front of customers, loudly. Lol! So professional, right? STAY AWAY FROM THIS SALON, and especially from SUE if you want quality work done!
