  • If I could give this company 0 stars I would. The amount of time spent calling and waiting on hold with them is unbelievable. Very slow internet speed, service was not set up when I called 10 days prior to moving, internet bill is NEVER accurate. I have been hung up on multiple times when I've tried to speak to someone about my bill being bumped up $100. It's a nightmare. If you have the choice of services, DO NOT chose this one.
