  • Booked a 60 min massage because they had a special pricing that day (10/27, $30). I booked online but got charged a regular price of $55. I called (Amanda) and emailed why and they simply said I had to request for it. It would be great if the business reminds you of the specials and have their customers keep coming back. Not sure why so secretive. I thought it was misleading to the online booking customers bc you don't think about making a note when making online appointments. Plus, the massage therapist, Megan, started the massage 15 min late lasting 45 min. She apologized for starting late. This was my second time and planning on getting a membership but not anymore. First massage with (Maria?) in September was great but very disappointed with the last's massage and the special price that was not offered to me. I do not recommend this place.
