| - Remember when customer was king? You know you hire someone to do a job for you and they did it right, on time and no games? Well do not hesitate to use this company. This business is the real deal and you should be confident choosing them.
From the moment we called the office, the professional, courteous, efficient and pleasant staff is impressive. And whether you contact them via phone or email they respond in a timely manner. For example; as soon as the owner quoted us a price for work we wanted done the proposal was emailed to us within one hour, and as soon as the building inspector would come for inspections I would call the office to let them know he was here but they already knew and they were always ready to tell us what the next step was. If we had questions and called the office they always pleasantly answered them and if they didn't know the answer they would find out and call back immediately. Paperwork was sent immediately, following up on something again was always done in a timely manner. They are on the ball! I think we all know how rare an efficient office is these days! What a pleasure to work with people who take pride in their jobs. Thank you Magaly and Yesica!
As soon as we met the owner Javier we knew we were going to hire him. He went into such detail about the retaining wall we wanted, it was impressive. He is professional, courteous yet a down to earth super nice person. He quoted us a price and that's what we paid, no games no extras no BS! In fact while he was still building our wall we hired him for more work! Javier knows how to run a business which is so rare today. Javier is available to speak with you anytime and he gives you a business card with his cell phone and he answer his phone! His payment policy is extremely fair too and it's because he gets the job done and done right!
Now about the men who do this unbelievable hard work. These men will embarrass even the fittest of the fittest! They work so hard and non stop and I really don't know how they do it. They worked in some record breaking heat but still managed to dig a 65 foot long trench pulling boulders out of the ground BY HAND IN ONE DAY! Then the next day they built the 65 × 4 foot cinder block wall in under 4 hours. They just kept going and going. They are extremely respectful and very courteous. In fact they were so quiet I never knew they were out there. They kept our property immaculate from any kind of debris and the work site was ALWAYS clean and neat. In fact some dirt came off their truck when they left (they didn't know it) and when they came back the next day without being asked THEY IMMEDIATELY CLEANED IT UP!!!! These guys are awesome!
The men who put the veneer stone on did an outstanding job. Absolutely beautiful work. They were meticulous. They too worked their ass off in the heat. Because of how impressed I was with the office, Javier and the hard working guys and BEFORE they finished the first job I added to the job. I added veneer stone on the columns on my patio and my BBQ and it too looks absolutely beautiful!!!. And again they were so meticulous and very courteous to our property. In fact, when we got home and looked outside they were done and long gone but they surprisingly cleaned our patio up!! something we neglected purposely because we knew men would be working on it. And Javier works with you. He sent pictures of stone to choose from and the one I had my heart set on (for 2 years) wasn't in the choices. I was devastated and didn't sleep all night. I thought I've been staring at a particular stone on a neighboring home for 2 years dreaming of one day my house getting that same stone and how stupid I was not to tell this to Javier before I hired him. Well Javier came to our house the next day and I showed him a picture of the stone I wanted. He knew exactly what the name of the stone was, he drove by the house that had the stone on it and I got what I wanted and my yard looks beautiful (I should have just called Javier and I wouldn't have lost any sleep!) See its not just about the money.... Javier wants you to be happy, really happy!
This is by far the best company I have ever dealt with and I am 100% satisfied with them. Thank you so much Sierra Masonry. You did such great work and we will be calling you in the future to continue more beautiful work on our home!
