| - Be careful!! I found a beautiful ring guard for my engagement ring. I have small fingers, but they assured me that they talked to the jeweler and that they would have no problem resizing it. After a month of having the ring, the bands holding the ring together broke. I took it in to have it fixed and of course they blamed it on the resizing, saying that it was bound to happen because there was so much tension (remember how I said they told me they could resize it, no problem? Apparently lots of problems). To add to it, when I picked it up, the bands were two different lengths making my ring completely asymmetrical. Within a week, the band broke again. I have had the ring less than a month and it has already broken twice. I was told they would add a third band to help with the tension. When I picked it up, there were only two bands. I was then told that because of the size, it couldn't hold a third band, so essentially I'm back at square one with a ring that will probably break within a month. When I tried to discuss getting my money back, they flat out said no, that wouldn't be possible, even if the ring breaks again. I would recommend you stay away from this place.
