  • This place is TERRIBLE. I wish I could give one star. I went to get my hair from a box color black to a caramel brown. The process, of course, consisted of lifting, bleaching, and toning. I also asked for a haircut of a blunt bob. I had Tami do my hair, and let me tell you I've never been so upset about my hair. After going on her break and leaving toner in my hair longer than she said she was going to, it came out as a splotchy blonde and there were patches of dark brown along the crown of my head and in between layers of my hair. When I asked about the color she said that blonde was the best to go with color wise because caramel blonde was too dark. SHE DID MY HAIR THAT I PAID $300 FOR HOW SHE WANTED IT. NOT WHAT I ASKED FOR. then she cut my hair and tried telling me that a part that was significantly shorter than the rest of my hair was from bangs I had. I HAVENT HAD BANGS IN 6 YEARS. then she cut my hair short to long. I left the salon and cried. And when I called to have the manager speak to me she saw no problem in what happened. And don't try to call corporate to get back to you because they never do. This is a terrible corporation, and I will NEVER be going here again. Will also be trying to get my money back, even if legal action is required. I've never been treated with such disrespect by a company. Don't waste your time people
