  • Once again Cox Communications has increased their rate for their Preferred Internet Service from $55.99/mo to $62.99/mo WITH NO NOTICE EXCEPT FOR THE NEW BILL! Their bill says "We continue our commitment to deliver great internet service with the speed you need and free features such as cloud storage & Cox Security SuitePlus. Due to rising costs of doing business, our cost of Preferred Internet Service will increase to $62,99 EFFECTIVE WITH THIS BILL STATEMENT" Ridiculous. Their internet service in my area is shoddy and goes down 2-3 times a week minimum. Time to change! Goodbye Cox and your lousy customer service!
