Very high end appliances.
Wolf...Sub Zero...Viking... Thermador... Miele... Bosch... Asko... & many other heavy hitters can be found here. The showroom is huge. Mock-up kitchens & dining areas showcase these appliances beautifully. I was like a kid in a candy store when I stepped through the doors.... Super giddy & shaking with excitement.
I've been saving & saving & saving & saving & saving & saving & SAVING & waiting for this moment for YEARS!!! I've always dreamed of creating my perfect kitchen. I knew what I wanted & was gung-ho about buying.
The problem was... no sales person. Where was everyone???
I wasn't greeted by anyone when I entered. No biggie. I would just look around for a bit I thought. There was 1 other couple in the showroom being helped by a sales lady. The group didn't glance my way or acknowledge me at all. So I just continued browsing.
After half an hour, I saw a gentleman emerge from a side door...like from an interior office. I asked him if he worked here & he said yes. I asked if he could help me & he let out a huge sigh & rolled his eyes like I was bothering him. Completely dismissive! Ummm...alrighty then :/ I told him never mind & left.
He followed me out & I thought he would try to stop me or apologize for being unprofessional. But nope... he lit a cigarette & glared at me as I got in my car.
Not 100% sure if these salespeople work off commission. I assume they do. If so, that idiot lost out big time!
I bought my SEVEN high end appliances (range, hood, fridge/freezer, double oven, microwave, dishwasher, & wine fridge) from a competitor. No money left for my "Sonic" ice maker this time around. But soon....
