  • Moved here only because it was affordable at the time, but if you can, look elsewhere. This place has been a terrible experience throughout. Most of the people around are living off the system, and have little regard for anything that isn't theirs. Garbage overflowing weekly from dumpsters, and strewn about the area. Noise, arguments, and unsupervised children during all hours. I find footprints on my truck on a semi regular basis. The grounds are in a continual state of disrepair, and nobody uses the pool because it is disgusting. The apartment itself looks to have had its door kicked in before. negligible insulation from sound and weather, as the utility bill skyrockets in the summer. To top it off, the entire place is saturated with cockroaches and bed bugs. Management does very little about this, and seems to not care about the problem. This is the ghetto, move here at own risk!
