The worst service ever, I have been waiting all day for them to come repair my grandmother's walker since the brakes went out. They gave us a time frame from 10-2pm well 230 came around and we spoke to Santiago in their dispatch and he said no its from 230-5pm due to other delivery ahead. Why do you give a time frame when you change it without notifying the patient. When asked to speak to a manager he said his name was Andrew and he doesn't have a time frame on when he will be back from lunch. Rude service worst ever, hung up called back and got transferred to Grace and thankfully she helped the situation and verified the time by 5pm. Don't like that I had to jump through hoops to verify times and speak to a manager. Let's home they keep their promise on delivery service and don't leave us in limbo on when it will arrive.
