  • If I could give a zero I would. We did aroom block for our wedding for our out of town guests at the Suncoast, as well as a day-after breakfast. Everything from beginning to end with the Suncoast was just terrible. The only things good about the Suncoast is Deborah at the front desk and the bell desk. I hated my entire experience. I had to send multiple e-mails, call multiple people and talk to management to get any questions answered. The people were rude, unreliable and unhelpful. There is absolutely no incentive of doing your room block here, either. The "special rate" is like $10.00 less, and it's actually cheaper to do the buffet at the register than through group sales. I would NOT recommend anyone to do business with the Suncoast for their wedding - at least for hotel.
