  • Absolutely appalled by this doctors office. I'm wont be going into detail, but I have never met such impolite, ill-mannered employees in my 20 years of life. I always brushed it off when I left because it sadly doesn't matter how they treat people, there will always be somone to medically treat. I will say, My last visit, I went home crying. To add to the crude attitudes, each appointment I had made (4) were weeks prior, and I always asked what would this appt consist of so I could tell my husband he needed to take time off to be there to see the baby grow. When I'd arrive to my appointments, it had changed and I'd simple get "sorry, whoever told you, you were recovering an U/S was wrong". I understand people make mistakes, but The tone and body gestures they had given me, was with attitude. So I requested a record transfer, I called to see where they were because my new doctor had still not received them, and I was put on hold for 15 min then hung up on. The way they treated me was absolutely ridiculous and embarrassing.
