rev:text	I have been going here for 12 years. I would always see Dr Dayton and never once had a problem now it seems impossible to get an appointment with him. but i believe it is because he is the best. My last 3 visits i saw three different female doctors. I brought in my MRI she was very helpful i suffered with nausea for 9 months and i believed it was due to pain from being in a car accident. so i finally caved and went and asked for help. Although i felt defeated being a mother of 2 spending my life on pain pills wasn't exactly the life i had wished for. But regardless as soon as i was on the medicine i knew i could get a job because my pain was finally under control and my nausea would subside for 4 to 5 hours at a time. I used the money from my new job to get more tests done to hopefully find answers. the MRI found benign hemangmoas 5 of them in my spine. which typically they shouldn't cause pain. but in my case i can pin point exactly where they are . also i was in a car accident which caused me to have a whip lash and muscle tissue injury. i have been diagnosed with scoliosis also. and a reversed neck due to the injury. not only this but i get ovarian cysts that rupture and cause me a lot of pelvic pain although the cyst is not large i pin pointed where my pain was coming from. They managed to lose my MRI 2 times . The second doctor i recently saw pretty much implied i was a liar as they had lost my MRI and questioned me about where i had had it done . But she did refill it for 15 days even though she looked like she didn't want to and that me asking was more of a problem than anything.It is embarrassing having to ask for narcotic and to be made to feel like you are a drug addict just because you asking for help. My third and final appointment i met with a different lady who yet again i had to explain everything all over again because they seem to not put anything in my file. i have heavy bleeding due to the ovarian cysts i am assuming. i told her i was super dizzy and bleeding heavy but i also asked if she would refill my prescription for pain . she said no absolutely not. i asked politely but why. her response was because im just not. normally in a situation i would of just said ok but i knew for once i needed to stand up for myself so i said you don't believe me she said no its not that i said but clearly it is. but regardless she stormed out while i was in tears and went to get Dr Dayton for me.As always he listened was polite and not rude i explained how hard it was for me to come in here and ask for help as who would want a life having to take medicine.He basically told me there were no supporting facts and that it could put his license in jeopardy. keep in mind i am self pay the copay also has gone up i pay 80 dollars just to be seen. i paid 200 dollars on an ultrasound pelvic and abdominal. i went to a place called my Dr now who did my pap as its only 55 dollars vs 200 at Dayton office. but i take my results to them always. being cash pay i find the cheapest place but this office was my favorite dr's office so i always chose to go here and drive 30 minutes out of the way just to go there.While im crying i could hear the doctors or nurses talking about me but that's pretty common either they do not care or they are not so smart to realize that every patient can hear them.i have heard them talk about results multiple times through the doors weather it be on a urine,pregnancy or losing my MRI.I do however feel that is is very unprofessional. my last and final experience they asked me where i filled my prescription as they were not showing up on the computer now i know when you are prescribed a narcotic drug abusers go to multiple doctors trying to get medicines but what i didn't know is some pharmacy's do not report them and its just so happens the one i use that is closest to my house does not report them. I have no clue why as i would of thought that would have been mandatory but i will be going to my pharmacy and printing it out a list of medications and what they will find that in over a year i have had three narcotic pain prescriptions all which came from Dr daytons office. Although Dr Dayton did offer to refund my money which i appreciate he said because they didn't give me what i want. while still in tears and on my way out i was stared at probably because the whole office knew my business and i was probably claimed a drug addict i was so embarrassed. they didn't even offer a substitute of a non narcotic medicine to help me absolutely nothing. While i do believe Dayton is still a great doctor i believe who ever is making the choices of other doctors in the practice is absolutely failing and making this practice look terrible. I'm sitting here still defending myself but why oh why would i spend 500 dollars in one week trying to find answers when if i was drug addict i could have got way more off the street for that price and saved some money. i will never go back ......
