  • Absolutely the worst customer service ever received. If I could leave a negative star rating I would. Matt Rich, the assistant service manager, is rude and horrible to deal with. I asked for him to have his boss call me twice and he has yet to. I called back and left a message to have the general manager call me and he has yet to do so. I will never do business here again.
