If there was an option of less than one star that would be my rating. If you sign up for a membership and auto bill to a credit card BEWARE they will try every trick in the book to avoid canceling that membership. If you sign up for personal training ITS EVEN WORSE! I had to go through their corporate offices and send several certified letters before they eventually canceled that contract.
For example, I called today and asked how to cancel my membership. The response was you have to come in person and you have to be here before 5pm. I was there before 5pm and told the girl at the desk to cancel my membership. She asked for my phone number. I gave it to her. She punched some numbers in the computer and said ok you're good to go. I asked for paperwork, she said I would receive an email. The email never came. I called the club, they said you have to come in person to cancel! I was there in person. The next excuse was that the operation manager was gone for the day and he was the only one that could cancel a membership. Ok I'll be there in the morning, well he's actually on vacation. Ok which is it he's gone for the day he's on vacation or you are lying? I'm going with you are lying. I was placed on hold and then disconnected. I called their corporate office and received a similar run around until the lady decided to actually do what she was legally bound to do AND CANCEL MY MEMBERSHIP!
Unless you're looking for a lifelong membership, DO NOT SIGN UP!
