  • This is my favorite restaurant in Parma. Huge portions, extremely fast service (every time we are shocked how fast), and very affordable. We usually split the fajitas and still have leftovers to take home! The plaza surrounding this place is a disaster, but El Tolteca is a gem! You wouldn't guess it from the outside, but the interior is really spacious and cute. They even have a huge bar area in the back. We just love this place!
