  • The staff is truly bottom of the barrel material when it comes to rendering good customer service. Most of them walk around aimlessly "looking busy" or staring at themselves in front of the many mirrors within this location. The manager who wears more rings on his fingers than your typical gypsy is also no prize when it comes to customer service, although he is superb at being rude and full of himself. For the most part, I hate that I have to resort to ad hominems when referring to these people but my patience and usual good manner has eroded from the level of acidity given off from this place and its staff. Ill put it to you this way, if you want to feel like just another number contributing to their cash register at night by all means go shop there, but personally I would spend your money elsewhere. This rant is just not some one off rant, I have done lots of business with these people and each time the experience is excruciating. The only reason I have to go back is for the cleanings, but they will never get another penny from me. Heres how it typically goes, you walk in, you tell them "I am here to purchase a ring", or whatever, you fill in the blank. They, the staff, start the buddying up process, they really seem nice, you think to yourself, they are here to help you. The purchase goes fine, they tell you come back every 6 months for a cleaning, blah blah blah. You, now an "old" customer coming in for your cleanings are a nuisance, they don't want you there if your not buying, and it shows in their horrific customer service skills, its written on their faces. The vibe in the room changes and you start to realize and ask yourself "is this the same place where I purchased that wedding ring"? Your a good customer where your lining their pockets, other than that, they can care less about you. I apologize in advance for the negativity and the rant, but oh it felt so good. I really hate you Jared for employing these old aged hacks that didn't save for retirement so here they are just bundles of joy spreading their unhappiness at every wide-eyed, big smiled customer.
