  • This company is the horrible, DO NOT USE if you want on time service. They were hired to unload a UHaul truck into a storage unit at noon. At 12:15 I called and they said that they couldn't get ahold of the driver that was coming out and they would let me know. That it did look like they were running late with other jobs. After no call back I called at 1:00 to check and they still hadn't heard from the driver, they gave me the run around about how they can't control what thier drivers do if there phones are off. Well they should hire reliable people to work for them.....anyways they said they would sent other workers out that were in the area after they finished the current job they were on and they would be there around 2:00, we'll guess what... they didn't show up at 2:00. At that time I spoke with the owner of the company, who didn't really care about the situation or apologize. He said he could have some other guys out there around 3:00 or we could cancel. They finally got there at 3:15, the 3 guys that were sent out were not the best of help. My father had to help them move things and tell them what to do. This company should not be in business. Worst ever, stay away if you want reliable service. There is no excuse to be over 3 hours late to do a job and not to even have any care from the OWNER of the company.
