  • My air conditioner went on on Sunday afternoon. I called my home warranty and These guys were dispatched by choice home warranty, and could not keep an appointment. I was scheduled from 10-12 on Monday 8-14. I had to leave work early to meet these guys. It is now 5pm and nobody he showed up, nor has someone contacted me. I have called 3 times today, and I get the same excuse of the job they are on is a tough job and it will be a few hours. It is now 90 degrees in my house and 105 out side. This is horrible customer service. And to think, I needed them to fix the unit and I was going to get a quote to replace the whole system as it is 15 years old. They just lost my business and I will go else where. If you ever get dispatched these guys by choice, request someone different. As a matter of fact I would never get a choice home warranty to begin with
