  • Unfortunately, I cannot give less than a 1-star rating. I had given an older review before back in 2015 when I started going through some of this and that was primarily focused to online classes. This is something new though. I was told by my enrollment counselor when I started that my tuition required for a Bachelor in Software Engineering would be around 42k-45k. I expected to maybe have to pay some out of pocket due to eligibility for PELL and change of jobs. However, now I have accumulated up to $57,500 in expenses, which is the maximum I can go. I've paid out of pocket already for 2 classes, and now they're saying I'm not eligible due to the amount of expenses incurred and I need to pay around $7500 out of pocket to wrap up my remaining 5 classes. And I have to do it before 2018 if I want to make payment arrangements. I'm sorry but chucking out $7500 in a year would place a major inconvenience on my family financially. On a side-note, they're claiming I've deposited about $2500 in funds that was considered extra from the loans, which I did not. Do not even have the deposit in the bank account. It's very sad that I've dropped this much money on an education that should have been $10k cheaper just to be told to pay more. How about you give me $10k back as a refund and then let me finish my classes as promised by my original enrollment and finance counselor? I cannot even hold anyone liable because the staff quits working for UoP before I am able to. I guess this just proves the 70% decline in enrollment that they've had since 2010 is true. Wish I knew those facts then. It is very irritating all of the work I've put into this education and the drive I've given to continue going forward to finish it just to have it thrown away by corporate greed. Not to mention their staff is super cold for the most part (there are some exceptions) and not willing to go out of their way to help at all. Looks like this is the end of this chapter with Phoenix.
