Came here on 9/19 with some friends to chill in a cabana and have a great time. You spend a few thousand dollars on a cabana and you expect to have a little privacy, right? Hell no. After the rigorous TSA-style search to get into the joint, we had a security guard all up in our cabana every 3-4 minutes, opening the drawers, moving in and out of the cabana...various staff doing the same? Insane. The music played by the DJ was a little frenetic for a beach party as well. I didn't think they had an eye on the crowd or any concept of a vibe at all. It's a very good-looking place (including the Cromwell) one star for that, but between the DJ and the aggro-security (like I've not experience before), I would DEFINITELY pass next time.
