  • Customer service is great but it's just not enough. No chip and pin and no answer to when it will be available. I would use EXTREME CAUTION when banking here due to this simple fact. No chip and pin = Your ATM / Debit card being skimmed and money stolen from your account on a regular basis. It's this reason alone I am dumping this CU because they lack the protections for their customers on everyday transactions. This technology has been around since 1993 and was widely adopted across many platforms. If this CU cannot afford the development or the means to implement then maybe they should consider closing their doors because they obviously cannot protect their customers.
